产品说明

落地镗铣床，主要适应于单件小批量生产性质的冶金、矿山、通用机械的大型机架和箱体的加工，如镗孔、钻扩孔、刮平面及用铣刀进行铣削加工。机床的主要部分—主轴和方滑枕。主轴有方滑枕的支持，增强了铣削时的刚性，适应于大型零件的强力铣削，方滑枕的伸出提高了接近工件加工面的性能，同时也对镗轴起支撑作用，增强了镗削时的刚性，在方滑枕的端部，适合安装多种加工附件来进行平面和垂直的铣削、镗孔、钻孔等加工，能够进一步扩大机床的使用范围。

Floor type boring and milling machine is mainly used for machining such as boring hole & enlarge hole, milling surface or the others milling work with milling tool for the big frame and case that are small lot required by metallurgical machinery,mining machinery and the others general machinery. This machineˊs core parts are main spindle and square ram. The main spindle is supported by square ram to get more stronger rigidity when milling,so it can realise strong milling to big scale parts.The extended square ram not only make tool more approach to the parts machined surface,but can support boring rod to enhance its rigidity.The endof ram can be easily installed variety tool for machining of plane or vertical milling,boring,which can more enlarge machine´s working slope.
