一、概述Outline
QJ（D/S）DX型精小型气动橡胶蝶阀是由气动活塞式执行机构和衬里蝶阀组成，属旋转类控制阀。
该产品以压缩空气为动力源，接受控制仪表的4-20mA信号（或开关信号），通过电-气阀门定位器（或电磁阀）实现对阀门的连续调节（或位式控制）。
橡胶衬里蝶阀是一种阀体内腔衬有橡胶的防腐蚀蝶阀。控制腐蚀性流体不与阀体接触，阀体可用普通铸铁或碳钢，由此降低蝶阀的成本。衬里材料有各种橡胶可供选择，还可更换。
该产品结构简单，输出力矩大，性能*。蝶阀通常适用于控制密封要求比较高的腐蚀性流体。
QJ （D / S） DX-type fine small pneumatic rubber valve is pneumatic piston actuator and lining butterfly valve, is a rotary type control valve.
The product is compressed air as power source, to accept 4-20mA control signal meter （or switch signals）, through the electric - gas valve locator （or solenoid valve） to achieve the continuous adjustment of the valve （or bit control）.
Rubber lined butterfly valve is a body cavity lined with rubber anti-corrosion butterfly. Corrosion control and body fluid does not contact the valve body can be an ordinary cast iron or steel, thus reducing the cost of butterfly. There are a variety of rubber lining materials available, can be replaced.
The product is simple, the output torque, and superior performance. Control valve normally sealing requirements for high corrosive fluids.
