IH 型化工泵为单吸单级悬臂式离心泵,采用标准设计,符合ISO2858、ISO3069、ISO3661 标准,是机械工业部确定取代F 型耐腐蚀泵的节能、更新换代产品,效率高,汽蚀性能好,吸入性能好,适合输送有腐蚀性的液体。广泛用于化工、石油、冶金、造纸、食品、制药、合成纤维等部门。
我公司在原 IH 泵基础上新增了小流量泵和大流量泵,扩宽了IH 泵型谱,使得IH 泵在更宽广的范围内得以使用。大口径的IH 泵流道宽,不易堵塞,特别适合输送有化学腐蚀的含有污杂物的液体。广泛用于食品厂、制药厂、炼厂、化纤、化工等工厂的排污、废水处理,也可作清水供水用。

General Description
IH series pump is a single suction and single stage cantilever centrifugal one for chemical industry use, which
adopts an international standard, being in conformity with the standards in ISO2858、ISO3069、ISO3661. This
product is confirmed by the Mechanical Industry Department of the state to take place F type corrosion – resisting
centrifugal pump (above 50 diameter)for it is an energy – saving novel product. Its efficiency is 3~5% higher than
F type pump, the cavitation residual volume is superior and sucking function is fine, which is suitable to convey the
liquid with erosion, being able to apply on the departments of chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgical industry,
paper making, food, pharmaceutical industry and compound fabric industry etc.

结构特点
泵主要由泵体、叶轮、密封环、泵盖、轴、悬架等组成。泵采用后开门结构,可以在不拆进、出口管路的情况下进行检修,十分方便。泵体是轴向吸入、径向排出,脚支撑式。泵进出口法兰尺寸标准采用 GB9113.3-88(1.6MPa),等效于HG20595-97(1.6MPa)。
转子部件由滚动轴承支撑,轴承用 N32 号机械油润滑。如需采用黄油润滑,请在合同中注明。
泵叶轮螺母采用钢丝螺套防松,有效防止由于泵运行中的振动或反转造成的叶轮螺母松脱。
油位计采用自动补偿油位计,使泵运行中的润滑得到可靠的保证。
从驱动机端看泵,泵为顺时针方向旋转。
泵过流部件可采用的材质: 1Cr18Ni9、1Cr18Ni9Ti、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、304、304L、316、316L、904、
20#合金、CD4MCu、哈氏合金等,并可按用户使用要求选用其他材质。
Feathers of Structure
The pump consist of pump casing, impeller, sealing ring, pump cover, shaft and bearing house etc. The
pump adopts a structure of rear-door, for facilitating maintenance without dismantling pipe system of inlet and
outlet. Much convenience in application.
The pump casing is designed with feet below, and discharge is positioned upward, suction in the axial.
The size of the pump flange adopts GB9113.3-88(1.6MPa),equivalent to HG20595-97(1.6MPa).
Rotor part is supported by rolling bearings, the bearing uses N32 machine oil for lubrication, if you want to
use grease for lubrication, please make a note in the ordering.
The impeller nuts adopt steel spacer for preventing loose, which can effectively prevent loose and misplace of
the impeller nuts due to the vibration in the operation and reverse rotation.
Oil meter adopts automatic making-up type, so to guarantee the lubrication during operation, thus raising up
the lifetime of the pump.
Viewing from the end of driver, the rotation direction of the pump is in clockwise.
The material of parts which contact with liquid are made by 1Cr18Ni9、1Cr18Ni9Ti、1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、304、
304L、316、316L、904、alloy 20#、CD4MCu、Hasloy alloy etc. we can also adopt the other corrosion-resistance
materials according to user' s requirement.
轴 封
泵轴封形式有填料密封、单端面机械密封和双端面机械密封。若泵进口压力较大时,宜选用平衡型机
械密封。
填料密封主要用于场地清洁要求不高允许有少量泄露的场合,若输送的介质易结晶或含有颗粒也宜采
用填料密封。

机械密封密封性能可靠,泄漏量小,使用寿命长。它分为单端面机械密封和双端面机械密封,其中双
端面机械密封适用于高温、易燃、易挥发有毒介质,以及强腐蚀、带悬浮颗粒,易结晶和有纤维的介质。
单端面机械密封内部设有自冲洗结构。双端面机械密封需外接冲洗液。冲洗液根据泵输送介质及温度、
压力等工作条件不同而不同,冲洗液可用清洁水或本身输送的介质,若介质的温度高或含有颗粒杂质时,
应先对介质进行冷却、过滤后才能通入密封腔。冲洗液的压力应高于密封腔前的压力的0.05~0.1Moa,起
动泵前,需先打开冲洗冷却系统,停车后才能切断冲洗冷却系统。
冲洗液压力:泵进口压力+泵扬程×45%
(对非平衡型机封,冲洗液压力zui高不超过0.8MPa)

Shaft Sealing
The shaft sealing adopt with stuffing sealing, single mechanical sealing, or double –end mechanical sealing. In
case that the pump suction pressure is bigger, it is advised to select balance mechanical sealing.
The stuffing sealing is used in the case that the requirement for site in clearance is not strict and a little
leakage is permissible. Or in case that the liquid conveyed is easily crystallized or contained with grain, it is also
advised to use stuffing sealing.
The mechanical sealing is characterized by the function reliable, leakage less and life time longer. It divides
single mechanical sealing and double mechanical sealing. In which the double mechanical sealing is suitable to
apply on the occasions in high temperature, being flammable, easily blasting, and easily volatilizing poisonous
agent and with strong erosion, with suspending particles, easily crystallized and with fabric agent.
There sets up an automatic flush device in the inside of single mechanical sealing. Whereas the double
mechanical sealing needs connecting with the outside for flush liquid, which is various in degree due to the
difference in pumping liquid, temperature and pressure etc. working conditions. The flush liquid takes clear water
or medium pumped. In case that the temperature of the agent is high or contained with grain, it should conduct
cooling proceed to the agent first, after filtering then getting through into sealing cavity. The pressure of washing
liquid should be 0.05~0.1MPa higher than the pressure in the front of sealing cavity. Before starting the pump, it
needs to open washing and cooling system at first, and not to cut off that system before stopping operation.

使用说明
1.使用前的准备
(1)水泵安装完毕后,必须经过一次全面性的检查,特别要检查管路和泵体内是否有小零件、小工具、
纸垫、木块等物在里面,检查基座固定螺栓是否旋紧,用皮带传动的空间和边缘不能搁置物体。
(2)将机组外部各处的油腻、秽物擦干净。
(3)对于用稀油润滑的泵,往悬架油箱内加入
N32 号机械油。切勿加多油,以免漏油。
(4)用手转动联轴器或拉动皮带轮应感觉轻快,
松紧要均匀。
(5)当泵处于倒灌情况下时,打开吸入管路闸阀,
引液体到泵内。如非倒灌情况,则需引入液体灌泵。
(6)检查出水管闸阀、压力表及进水管的真空表
的安装是否正确?并将旋塞闲上 (如果泵上装有这些
附件)。
(7)检查原动机与水泵的旋转方向是否相同(原
动机回转方向在安装时已试验确定)。水泵避免反
转以免叶轮螺帽等因反转松开(泵只能开动动力机作
瞬时转动检查其转向)。
2.起动与停止
(1)准备工作完毕后启动原动机,并打开压力
表旋塞。如为皮带传动,先将水泵开在750 转/分,待动力机热后再开到额定转数。
(2)当水泵以全转数工作时,压力表显示适当压力,然后打开真空表旋塞并且慢慢的打开排水管路上
的闸阀到需要的范围为止(即压力达到预计的水泵扬程的压力时)
(3)当要停止水泵时,慢慢关闭排水管路闸阀,关闭真空表旋塞,并停止原动机,然后关闭压力表旋
塞。如为皮带传动,先将水泵开在750 转/分钟以下运转约5 分钟再停车。如果所处的环境,外界温度是0℃
或低于0℃时,应把泵内的积水和水管内积水放尽,以免冻裂。
3.机械密封使用说明
(1)装拆机械密封时应仔细,保持密封零件的干净和光洁。
(2)动环、静环端面绝不能划伤,碰破。装配时密封面上涂一层清洁机油。
(3)使用双端面机械密封时,应有单独的密封冲洗系统,参见第3 页。起动前,需先打开密封冲洗系
统,停车后才能切断密封冲洗系统。

Description of Use
1.preparation before use
(1)The pump must be through a comprehensive examination after installation, especially inspect if there are
small tools and spares, spacers of paper and wood blocks inside the pipeline and casing. Inspect if the fixing screws
of foundation are tightened. Don, t put matters in the space and the verge of which driven by belt.
(2)Clean the filth and greasiness of the surface of unit.
(3)Pour the machine oil into the bracket oil box of the pump which lubricated by thinner oil.
(4)Rotate the shaft coupling or draw the belt pulley by hand should feel lightly and freely, and the degree of
tightness must be even.
(5)In case that the pump is pumping up liquid, to open up the gate valve of inlet pipe route to draw in liquid to
the inside of the pump. If not in the same case, it is necessary to draw in liquid to fill it in the pump.
(6)Check to see if the installations of the gate valve of drain pipe, pressure gauge and vacuum meter are
correct, and close the cock. (If the pump fix these accessories).
(7)Inspect if the direction of the rotation of the shaft and motor is identical. (The direction of the motor had
been tested when the motor installed.)The shaft absoluy can, t be reverse to avoid the impeller nut
loosen.(Inspect the steering of the shaft which drive by claw coupling is only by means of drive the motor to do
instantaneous rotation.)
2. Starting and stop.
(1)After preparation is completed, start the power and open the cock of the pressure gauge. If it is driven by
belt, start the pump to 750r.p.m then start to rated speed when the power heat.
(2)When the pump work with total speed, the pressure gauge shows suitable pressure, then open the cock of
the vacuum meter, and slowly open the gate valve on the drainage pipeline until the range which is required.
(3)When the pump will be stopped, slowly close the gate valve on the drainage pipeline, close the cock of the
vacuum meter, and stop the power, then close the cock of the pressure gauge. If it is driven by belt, lower the speed
to below 750r.p.m. for five minutes before stop. If the ambient temperature does not exceed 0℃, must drain out
entirely the water in the pump and the pipe, so as to protect the pump from cracking the caused by freezing.
3. Description of mechanical seal
(1)Install or dismantle the mechanical seal must be careful, to keep clean and polish of sealed parts.
(2)It is absoluy not make scratch or damage on the surface of rotating seal ring or stationary seal ring. When
installing it should apply a layer of clean machine oil on it.
(3)When using the double mechanical seal, it should have an exclusive sealing flush system, refer to page 3.
Before starting, it is necessary to open flush system for the sealing. It is to cut off sealing flush system only when
the operation is stopped.

运转及维护保养
1. 泵只允许在规定的参数范围内运转。
2. 注意水泵轴承温度不应超过外界温度35℃,zui高温度不应大于80℃。
3. 在水泵工作的*个月内,经100 小时后,更换悬架内的润滑油,以稀油润滑的泵每工作1500 小时
换油一次,黄油润滑的在2000 小时换油一次。
4. 定期检查弹性联轴器,如果弹性件磨损或联轴器体损坏应及时更换。
5. 注意电动机轴承温升以及电机的三相电流。
6. 运转过程中,如发现噪音或不寻常声音时,应立即停车,检查其原因。
7. 如果长期停止使用水泵,水泵应拆卸,擦净内部水份,转动部份涂抹上黄油或防锈漆,包装保管好。
8.水泵工作每经2000 小时应进行周期检查,零件如有磨损坏的必须更换。
叶轮与密封环配合的zui大间隙如下,超过此值必须更换密封环。如果叶轮的密封环位磨损严重,叶
轮也应更换。

Operation and Maintenance
1. The pump must operate only in the range of a set parameter.
2. Pay attention to the bearing temperature does not exceed the ambient temperature as 35℃ or by 80℃ at
most.
3. In the first month of the pump running, renew the lubricating oil after 100 hours, henceforth renew the oil at
intervals of 1500 hours, and renew the grease at intervals of 2000 hours.
4. A periodical inspection of the coupling should be made, pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor
bearing.
5. Stop the pump for inspection when discover noise or abnormal sounds in running.
6. When the pump is to be out of service for a long time, it is necessary to have the pump dismantled, wipe
inside dry, and apply grease or rust prevention to the rotator, and keep them well.
7. After every 2000 hours of operation a periodical inspection of the pump should be made. The parts which
have been worn–out should be replaced. The clearance of the cooperation between the impeller and sealing ring is;
the pump which suction diameter does not exceed 100mm, the maximum in direction of diameter is 1.5mm; the
pump which suction diameter does not lack 150mm, the maximum is 2mm exceed the numerical value must
replace sealing ring.

为54m3/h,从附表1 查得该种管每100 米长损失6.8 米扬程,则10 米损失0.68 米,即一个直径为100 毫
米的底阀,当流量为54m3/h 时,扬程损失0.68 米。

附3:泵基本参数知识
1、流量Q
离心泵的流量即为离心泵的送液能力,流量是泵在单位时间内输送出去的液体量(体积或质量)。
泵的流量取决于泵的结构尺寸(主要是叶轮的直径与叶片的宽度)和转速等。实际使用时,泵实际所能
输送的液体量还与管路阻力及所需压力有关。
常用流量单位: m3/h (每小时立方米),L/s(每秒升),m3/s(每秒立方米)等。
计量单位换算:1L/s=3.6m3/h=0.06m3/min=60L/min
国外容积单位常用加伦(gallon),1 加伦(英制)= 4.546 升,1 加伦(美制)= 3.785 升
2、扬程 H
离心泵的扬程又称为泵的压头,扬程是泵所抽送的单位重量液体从泵进口处(泵进口法兰)到泵出口
处(泵出口法兰)能量的增值。即单位重量液体通过泵所获得的能量叫扬程。泵的扬程包括吸程在内,近
似为泵出口和入口压力差。目前对泵的压头尚不能从理论上做出的计算,一般用实验方法测定。
泵的扬程大小取决于泵的结构(如叶轮直径的大小,叶片的弯曲情况、转速等)。
扬程用 H 表示,即泵抽送液体的液柱高度,单位为米。泵的压力常用MPa(兆帕)、kg/cm2 (每平方厘
米公斤)表示。1MPa=1000kPa=145Psig (磅/英寸2)=10kg/cm2, 1kg/cm2=10m, 1bar=0.98 kg/cm2
3、转速 n
转速是泵轴单位时间的转数,用符号n 表示,单位是r/min(每分钟转速)
4、汽蚀余量 NPSH 和吸程
液体在一定温度下,降低压力至该温度下的汽化压力时,液体便产生气泡。这种产生气泡的现象称为
汽蚀。20℃常温清水的汽化压力为0.0238kg/cm2,所以常温20℃清水当压力降到0.0238kg/cm2 就开始汽化。
NPSHa——装置汽蚀余量,是由吸入装置提供的,是指在泵吸入口处单位重量液体所具有的超过汽化
压力的富余能量。NPSHa 越大泵越不容易发生汽蚀。
(NPSH)r——泵的汽蚀余量,也称必需汽蚀余量,表示泵进口部分到叶轮处被加压前的压力降。NPSHr
越小,表示压力降小,要求装置必须提供的NPSHa 小,因而泵的抗汽蚀性能越好。
吸程=标准大气压(10.33 米)—汽蚀余量—安全量(0.5 米)。例如:某泵必需汽蚀余量为4.0 米,吸程=10.33
—4.0—0.5=5.83 米
5、功率 N
泵的功率通常是指输入功率,即原动机传至泵轴上的功率,故又称为轴功率,用P 或N 表示。

单位换算:1kW = 1.36HP (马力), 1 马力 = 0.735kW
6、效率η
泵在输送液体过程中,轴功率大于排送到管道中的液体从叶轮处获得的功率,因为容积损失、水力损
失、机械损失都要消耗掉一部分功率,而离心泵的效率即反映泵对外加能量的利用程度。常用η表示。
泵的效率值与泵的类型、大小、结构、制造精度和输送液体的性质有关。大型泵效率值高些,小型泵
效率值低些。
